All meals included except during the day 13 in Mahabalipuram. Local Indian food. Vegetarian food.

Escort:
Option 1 : Yoga tour. The guide will be a yoga teacher. He will be supported by local guides in certain sites.
Option 2 : The Tai-Chi during 5 days (2h/day) with be teaching by a professional teacher from Auroville. For all the trip you will have an English -speaking accompanying member (as guide), supported by local guides in certain sites.
Option 3: meditation tour : The English -speaking accompanying member (as guide), will be an old student of Buddha meditation, supported by local guides in certain sites.

Workshop Conditions:
We are offering the following workshops during the 5 days in Auroville:
1// Yoga (2h /day, usually in the morning) beginners or advanced.
2// Tai Chi (/2h /day, usually in the morning) beginners or advanced.
3// Meditation: 1h, 2times a day. For these groups the theme of the workshop have to be define: Ashtanga Yoga (2h every morning), or Shiatsu or Watsu ( initiation to these massage will be given by a professional teacher, 2h by day )
During your free times you can get a massage (Ayurvedic, Shiatsu or Reflexology, depending on availability). Not include in the price

Attendance :
4 to 15 people. If less than 4 sign up, Yatra Nova reserves the right to cancel the trip up until 21 days before the departure date. By your active and positive participation, you will contribute to the cohesion and harmony of the group, which will guarantee a successful trip.

The fee does not include:
Drinks, personal expenses and equipment, tips, camera changes while visiting sites, the price of visa applications, voluntary travel insurance, appointments with the doctor. as well as any extra expenses unrelated to the program.
The massage you could get during your free times (ayurvedic, shiatsu or reflexology, depending on availability) are not include.

Formalities:
IIt is obligatory to apply for an Indian tourist visa, and to have a valid passport (for at least 6 months after the end date of the trip).
